Hey everyone - I wanted to let you know I'm coming back, but there will be some changes to get me back into the flow and make sure I didn't waste all that healing time by re-injuring myself immediately again. So here's my plan of attack for my return:

-Finish all owed sketches for Patreon/commissions first. There are 2 Patreon sketches and a couple for commissions and I'll be posting them all here over the month. Sketches take less time and are far less taxing on my hand than full paintings, so it's a good pace to start with.

-Totally Not Gay will be updated in sketch for now. Hopefully this will allow the story to come together quicker and you guys will be able to see how the first chapter turns out before we move onto the next!

-Pinups should resume normally and will be finished alongside my overdue commissions until I've cleared my queue.

Overall, my goal in the end is to be more productive than I ever was in the past, so I've thought a lot about changing my ergonomics and technique when drawing so I don't put too much strain on any part of my body, wrist or otherwise. Things I'll be doing:

-Lighter grip pressure

-Much more frequent stretch breaks

-Limiting hours, especially if I notice any pain

-Actually putting days off in my schedule instead of just working everyday.

Overall, it's pretty clear that the way I injured myself was pretty severe and it apparently puts me at risk of doing the same thing to myself again in the future. I'll do everything in my power both to make sure I don't hurt myself again but also to find away to be as productive as I want to be!

Thank you all so much for supporting me in this super stressful time, and I want to make it up to you guys with lots of amazing art in the future. Without you guys here on Patreon, I'd definitely not be able to make my art dreams a reality, so again, I appreciate everyone so much who's stuck with me even through this injury.

See you all next week for another update! And big appreciative wolf hugs <3
