This week you are going to wet yourself while laughing. Pick a movie or TV Show that you know makes you laugh. You are going to watch it, and wet yourself while watching it! 

Drink a nice tall glass of your favorite beverage before starting the movie. Once you're watching the movie, every time you have to laugh, you will pee yourself while laughing. Yes, every time.  

You bladder will probably be empty by the end of the movie, maybe even halfway through, but you will still open your bladder muscles every time you laugh. Even if it's just a dribble by the end, you will do it.
