One of the fun things about hypnosis is creating triggers - for instance an image, word or special phrase that make you unconsciously, automatically do a behavior

One of the triggers I like to sprinkle into my recordings is the phrase "do you think you'll make it in time?"  As soon as you hear the question, you become less confident in your bladder, because I remind you that I'm questioning it :)

Even without hypnosis, you might have a trigger. Sometimes hearing the sound of running water makes you have to pee! Maybe stepping into a pool or into a bath makes you want to pee - the feeling of the warm water can have that kind of special effect.

Seeing someone else have to pee, and crossing their legs can be contagious and spread to you - making you want to pee!

For many people, getting close the bathroom and knowing that the toilet is right there can make their urge to pee suddenly go up!

But I think it would also be fun to create a surprise trigger.... something that's totally normal.. but when you use it.. makes you have to pee! Very badly!

So that is a little sneak peek (sneak PEEk) of what one of this monthly recordings will be (coming out in 3 days).

What are your triggers? What makes you have to pee? Are there any special triggers that make you pee?

With only one option I voted water, but I have multiple. Being in a diaper is equivalent to approaching a toilet or other bathroom, or getting close to home. I'm sure 'am I going to make it' is swiftly catching up to that. I've also been focusing on freely wetting whenever I mentally feel comfortable to wet. If I'm at home alone in the kitchen, why should my pants feel any less urgent than a diaper or stepping up to the toilet?
