Diapers can give you a nice feeling, as they hug you and cushion you. As you go about your day, you have a constant little reminder of who you are (someone who has accidents!)

Normal diapers can be stealthier and easier to hide. Extra puffy diapers however can make you feel even more little, as they make you waddle more. No matter what you put in, the bulge of the puffy diapers reminds you that you are a little one :)
