I really love Autumn. I like everything about it - the coolness of the air, the changing colors of the trees, the apples, pumpkins in spice. It makes sleeping under the warm blankets especially relaxing. Some places are still hot and sunny in the Autumn. I know, I've lived in a few different cities over the years. But around this time of year I'm always wishing for seasonal change. 

I channeled a little bit of my love of fall into this Nap Time recording. You can listen to this before you take a nap, or just follow along. It has a waker at the end, so you will wake up out of trance. 

In this recording you come by for some apple pie, and special tea. The tea is so relaxing that I'm sure you need to be diapered before you lie down for your nap...
