Tier List Update and Patreon Exclusive (Patreon)

I have finalized the rewards for each tiers level to suit the appearance of tier Level 10

I have also decided that the monthly waifu votes that I put up to be Patreon Exclusive which you can't never get anywhere else beside here, so it give a lot more meaning to be my patrons :)
