Memoria (Patreon)

This was a memorial piece for a circle of friends on FFXIV. I didn't know what to label it but I figured the final level of FFIX, where you enter a world made of memories, would be appropriate. 

For some context! After their friend had passed away, the 2 Warriors of Light at the bottom have inherited their pets to take care of. The spirit of their friend watches on, content to see that the ones they've left behind will be safe as they journey on.

I tried a couple new things while painting this piece, might re-use the techniques for the next big painting!
