Visual Novel Character Updates (Patreon)

Hey folks! I am alive!

I apologise for the lack of updates on patreon, but I have been updating fairly regularly on the patron discord server! In addition to working on the last of batch 2 and the beginning of batch 3 commissions, planning a halloween ych auction and  injuring my back, I've been continuing to work on the visual novel more!

As the game is set in October, I realised I had to have a halloween party scene at some point, so I've been slowly going through and making costumes for the cast! Plus a cool UV Light/Glow In The Dark segment version of the clothes to make the scene look even more visually interesting.

I've also been making designs for secondary and tertiary characters that would appear outside of the main cast.

So we have Ash, a main character in the story, I realised that three of his outfits was essentially the same outfit just worn differently, so I thought I should give him some more clothing options.

Artee's halloween costume is a witch whilst still keeping her design theme rather modest and with her hat purposely shielding her away like in her other options.

I disliked two of the outfits I did for Gill so I wanted to redo them. I had decided that they did urban exploration and wanted an outfit to better reflect that, and I wanted to change the hairstyle for their formal outfit.

Meet Rob! I realised that as I've been writing the story, the main character feels a little like a homeless ghost at the moment so I wanted to give them a few tethers to the setting . Rob is their flatmate and will be unaware of the shenanigans of the story. Some nice comic relief I think!

Speaking of comic relief, here is Casey. Casey has every part time job in town and is very annoyed about being questioned about that fact. With going to different locations throughout the story, I thought it could be funny to have a reoccurring retail worker who is just done with the players antics. A character to bounce off, inform the player of events, etc.

Then we have Kennedy or Cassetty, as he's known in the urban exploration community (He always carries a walkman with him on explorations and edits the online videos with the cassette tape mix he was listening to at the time in). A secondary character who is friends with a few of the main cast. I wanted it to be that not everyone in the main cast knows each other at the beginning of the story, so having that "oh, he's a friend of a friend" kinda vibe
