 Long overdue commission for patron Periwinkle!

Thank you so much for being so patient with me, and I hope this is worth the wait! With the release of Streets of Rage 4, this seems like rather good timing!

They wanted a boss fight encounter in the style of Streets of Rage with Periwinkle being the big bad boss~ Do have Ash and Doogle have what it takes to take on such a formidable foe?  Super happy with how this one turned out!

Did a variant where I tried to make it look like an old crt monitor, and wanted to show off the background work I did hehe
