All muscle is good. I personally don't feel this patreon has focused on one genre more than the other

all is great, no limit for creativity. In anime there are several females characters to make muscle. But go everywhere. I hope to see sakura from i wanna the strongest, develop muscle and breast.

Overall I've always generally preferred established Western characters to anything else. Every commission I've ever gotten has been of an existing character, usually of Western origin, but sometimes Japanese, like Cammy, but that's video games rather than anime. There's only really a couple of established OC's I like, and I never really got into anime, especially modern anime. The designs of loads of the characters seem to look pretty much identical to each other a lot of the time, so even without being familiar with whatever they're from there's a certain "eh" factor there beyond how good they might look as a just a muscular female character.

Don't limit yourself I really like anime characters but you can still use original ones and the ones form other media like movies comics cartoons and games and celebrities the important thing is they have to grow muscles.

I prefer anime, it's just that lately I feel there's been mostly just western. Which I'm not a big fan of. I don't think you should do just the one, by all means do both. just gotta space them out more.
