well, for every piece of art you do see, there are many that dont make it

this was one, that didnt make it - Why is it being shown?


Now I am determined to make it good

Not sure I’m a fan of the art style, but the idea of someone becoming superpowered after finding/wearing a cape is one I’ve noted down long ago but never done anything with.

I'd like to make it clear that this is a failed attempt to remake the first chapter of "The Magic Cape" (a multi-chapter comic that only had one chapter ever made). I believe another attempt is going to be made but with a more traditional art style AND this next time ALL the chapters should get done.

Oh looks like a plotcopy of FFFs Magic Cape Comic which he never finished...the bad female scientist brings the hero in a trap and use a machine to copy and boost the power of the heroine to empower herself...it was a good plot in the past and this here is nice ^^

It is. I'm the one who wrote The Magic Cape story and paid FFF to draw the first chapter but then stuff happened and the other chapters never got made. I think Growgetter is going to start it over and finish the whole thing but with a more traditional art style. I have sent him the outline containing all the chapters.

There were some FFF comics which had a very abruptly cut and never came a continue...I think Super Lucy was one of this, the cover looked like there was much more...but it stoped 😞

A shame this one didn't quite work out, the style looks good and you can certainly see the kind of thing you were going for here. Here's hoping your next attempt gives you the result you're looking for!

I'm not really a fan of the art, but I like the story board. Needs some dialogue as well, of course.

Regrettably this comic was a fail for me, the artist thought he could do very well with it but quickly became frustrated when trying to build muscle anatomy in 3D Many of the artists that we feature here started off with zero experience in this kind of style of muscle, but we went through a lot of training all together and some of them come out good on the other end.
