Discord reminder! (Patreon)

For anyone who wants to enter to the discord serrver, pls., put yourself in your note the Patreon nickname so I can identify you there.

I cleaned a bit, some users weren't current Patreons or have an active pledge, some of them from quite sometime (even months!), so if by mistake, any of the active patreons were kicked, pls access again with your Discord account, and edit your note.
