Before & After: Training Regiment/Placebo Effect (Patreon)

So I don't quite have a good story for these two but something about them really got me hooked. What do you think? Is it a brother whose training regiment works a little too well on his little sister, maybe college friends who try and be accountability buddies at the gym, or they're both taking part in a medical trial but he's got the placebo--or something completely different.
