Animation Transformation [FMG] (Patreon)

I am excited to say, I tried a new way of doing animation and it was literally 10x faster than previous attempts! It's still a little shaky, but I'm pretty pleased with the transformation overall. This is 10 seconds, I have been working on a longer video, but I'm definitely looking for inspiration when it comes to animation--any recommendations for content creators who are doing it well?

And any characters from prior stories of mine you'd like to see get the animation/transformation treatment?
