It seems that the "&" notation is automatically misread as -> "&", which is HTML-related. I am sending a normal "&" message to you, but it seems to be changed to a garbled "&" message to you. I just don't know how to make this notation correct and send the message. Please try to delete the (amp;) part of the "&" that currently exists in two places in the URL and type it into your browser with only the (&) part. It will probably jump to the DL page just fine. If anyone is familiar with this kind of situation, please let us know how to solve it.

i got in after doing the delete (amp;) in the 2 places. it weird after you uploaded the W link, all the other links now have the same problem.
