"Shrink Ray" FX Preview (Patreon)

   Rhonda's boss (and twin sister) is pushing her to work far beyond overtime on her new invention; the shrink ray. It will be the big break they desperately need. The only issue is that it isn't quite working right, and it seems to be because of a simple math error. Most of their assets have already been sold off, the rent is overdue, and their business has one day left before being evicted from the building. Rhonda has to work fast to save the day, but burnout can have serious consequences when you're working with dangerous equipment...

The VFX and first draft are complete on my first green screen clip, tentatively titled "Shrink Ray". All that's left is color correction and audio editing.

The clip comes in at around 8 minutes. Mostly unaware.

There is a lot of FX work that has gone into this, but it's also leaning more into suspense than action. I tried to make this one play less like a giantess film and more like a short horror story.

For the FX, it's my first stab at green screen. In the images above, you'll see a destroyed desk... it's not 3d, I used real props, and got to destroy some stuff, which was a lot of fun...

No exact release date yet, but hoping not too much longer...
