Content

Yesterday, I made a post about upcoming content in which I announced that I would be changing the way I do comics and still renders. Here's the full rundown:

-I've slowly moved more and more of my animation into a higher quality range. Now, I'd like to do the same with still renders and comics. From now on, I want my main output to be 4k/8k and of higher detail overall.

-I'm discontinuing the 25 page a month release schedule for comics in order to aim for quality over quantity... For my lowest tier, it just wasn't working out when I'd try to push out an arbitrary number of pages in a hurry. I feel like the quality was suffering, and it was far more time consuming than I had realized going into it.

-Weekly updates - The new plan is to release something each week for Reading Glasses Tier (and up, of course) Ultra Renders and Comics are being blended, in a way, into something new. See above, Template 1 and Template 2. The format will depend on the project, but expect 1 Comic Strip or 1 Picture Story each week. (4k and 8k, respectively.)

-Old comics like Ants and Paradigm Shifters will be continued at a later date. I'm not abandoning these older comic series completely, but they're on hold for the time being. Longer comics will still be made, but released more slowly, through the Comic Strip Template.

-This month, I've failed to create a comic that I was happy with. (Part of why I needed to make this decision) I've shelved it for now, and I can only attempt to make up for it. The images used above aren't just for example, and you'll see several final panels of this story in the coming days. It involves some very tiny sizes and extreme close-ups. I'm going to try to get as many of these done as I can by month's end... It won't be as long as one of my older comics, but I hope this will be an okay substitute and compensate for an otherwise disappointing month for the Reading Glasses Tier.

Well, I'll leave it at that for now. Back to work! Thank you all for your continued support!
