Opening Patron Commissions (Patreon)

I'll be opening up just 2 commission slots for patrons this month. While rules are largely the same as the last round, there will be a couple limits:

• 3 parts for sketch and line commissions
• 2 parts for color and shaded commissions

Otherwise the rules are the same as listed on last round's guide.
