Description system refactored to support NPCs.

New system integrated into Combat and Slaves menu, will be worked into general encounters over time.


There will be another build tonight with more descriptions fleshed out, and that should be it for the engine v0.26 release.

The Metabolic (weight gain/loss) and Karma-spending systems are going back into the drawing board, so they will not be in v0.26, but should be back by engine v0.30.


The next engine version (v0.27) will refactor the Time-system to be passive; the Item-system to support gadgets, weapons, and transformative items; and the Encounter-system to support multiple simultaneous encounters and allow interaction with every NPC, Object, and Active-Situation in the Room/immediate-area. It will be a lot of work, but it will open a lot of doors for future content.

We are entering into a phase where we can start adding a lot of encounters and locations to the game content, though there are still compatibility concerns with the needed refactors between now and engine v0.30. As each section is refactored, I will begin expanding content to use the new data/features.

Engine v0.27 should be ready in mid October, and v0.28 in early November. It's going to be a bit close, but we should have v0.30, out by year's end, with a ton of new content (including: jobs; housing, with support for furnishings and appliances/exercise-equipment; several businesses from the city map; new types of encounters, which change based on previous encounters; NPCs with the beginnings of a relationship system; an Exploration-system with the ability to discover hidden locations; a Skills-system that will tie into jobs, combat, and other situations; an Event-system that can schedule and update encounters; and expansions on existing content).

v0.35 next spring will add: clothing descriptions & reactions; adult situations & interactions; full NPC relationships; genital metrics; likes & dislikes, a full map & exploration system (graphics pending); NPC housing; character switching; character creation; elements & weather; the base powers-system, passive powers, and some combat powers; a prototype sex-system (which may not be available on all hosted websites due to ToS).


There's a lot of stuff on the way, we just need to get the old data-format converted over to the new/more-flexible structure. (So far, with v0.26, we've only converted weight and stats, but its given us far more granular measurements, super-stat powers, buffs/debuffs, an accurate estimate of muscle-tone/firmness, and a more balanced way of training stats.
