Despite being fraternal twins they look almost identical, which makes most people think she is Jake, but not in the way you would think. Jake actually has a feminine appearance complete with real breasts. Though people aren't mixing them up currently due to Jake being six-months pregnant with quints, which has just led to Jake getting even more attention.
