Brainstorm Session - Remote Sequel (Patreon)

This has been fun! 😆 I'm finishing up revising the new chapters of Stuffed & Secret Obsession. In the meantime, what do you guys think of my idea for a Remote sequel:

Remote 2: International celebrity, Ivy Saunders, has a secret. No one knows that her global stardom is all thanks to her meek little remote-wielding witchy assistant, Pam, who has made a series of “adjustments” to Ivy’s physique over the years, ensuring that Ivy has an incredible body to accompany her angelic voice. Ivy and Pam are enjoying the chaos of the latest tour, when something goes terribly, terribly wrong. The remote goes missing. Contains: Female: pregnancy, belly expansion, breast expansion, various bodily changes.

What made Remote such a great story was the power fantasy element. Seeing a character have complete control (at first) over another's body. Not sure it be nearly as fun if the remote is missing and the user is unknown. What if; Ivy was a porn star, famous for her work in various fetish videos and streams, The secret to her success is how real it all looks, which is all thanks to Pam and the remote, who we see making the adjustments before and during filming. The issue could come from Pam’s habit to push Ivy’s limits to “enhance the scene” and the overuse of remote leading to unexpected side effects, such as taking longer each time for her to return to normal? :3 Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback on your ideas. It’s been fun to brainstorm. ^^

Sounds like a really fun idea imo. Having the changes happen completely out of the blue with no sort of warning (like seeing the thought process behind the choice in effects like in the first) would be a good change of pace from the first. Would also be a great opportunity to try and crank up the humiliation/teasing side if you'd like to. I dont think you've ever written a character more impactful or known than a mid-level office manager or scientist if I'm remembering right, so having a celebrity desperately trying to explain away all these weird changes that keep happening on camera would be fun and different from your usual hapless mc's.

Sure thing, thanks for the cool concepts and ideas! I think the "porn star" angle pushes beyond the limits of my interests, but I definitely wanted to focus on something unique or performative. Especially trying to avoid rehashing the high school scenario. I'm thinking the antagonist would be a character in her periphery, like a manager or something, but perhaps he should not stay anonymous for long. I like that you brought up the "power element," as that is something that didn't occur to me, and something I'll have to keep in mind going forward. Remote is one of a few stories I've done where I never really understood the popularity compared to other works.

Haha, that's what I was thinking! I always write about corporate CEOs for some reason, so I think it would be fun to have a celebrity on stage with a huge audience going through these crazy changes. 😆

Porn star may have been too stronger term. What i meant was she’d act out fetish scenes with Pam altering her body while filming. Things like a swell subathon and maybe a fun reference as she acts out a scene from one of your other stories. Exactly. When it comes to sequels always keep what made the original unique. For Campus that’s the virtual reality prison for Remote it’s having complete control over someone body to twist to your desires. ^^

I like it but why limit yourself to one celebrity. ^^ The stories main character could be armed with a remote and a vendetta. Out to humiliate a list of celebs in various ways.

The exciting thing for me about Remote was the power fantasy and the revenge. Someone who had the remote used on them suddenly getting the upper hand and fully unleashing. Not knowing what was about to happen but thinking the character deserved it. Also the auto setting, having a change occur at a regular interval and gradually get worse for the victim. I hope that makes a come back.

Can't do a second paragraph on mobile... Anyway, as for set dressing, I don't think it really matters if she's a singer or porn star or whatever, it's the relationships and themes. But I had an idea for a transformation show that isn't pornographic. She could be a singer and creates a song about becoming beautiful or something and literally changes on stage. But when it comes time to do the transformation, Pam can't find the remote yet the transformation goes ahead anyway. Ivy gets a little bigger than usual almost causing a wardrobe malfunction and scolds Pam. Whether Pam tells Ivy she lost the remote here is up to you. Maybe Pam fears what Ivy would do to her.

Like a web cam or only fans type of situation? Or some exclusive club? It reminds me of manboobs a bit, but with more diversity of expansion. Fun idea!

That's a great idea! and thanks for reiterating the importance of the "power" theme. I'll have to make sure that's included. Yes, I was definitely thinking there would be a lot of scenes where she was performing and mishaps occur. Using the auto setting in that way is a good idea!

Sounds about right. Videos, streams, photography, etc. Maybe it starts out with them just improving Ivy's look like in your original idea, but after Pam plays with the remote's more wilder settings one evening (maybe awakening a fetish in the process), she realizes the online gold mine and convinces Ivy to pursue it. You could even do a poll asking what themes people want to see Ivy do and then reference that exact poll in the story as something Pam posted on their feed lol.

Not every chapter, I think it be more fun if it was integrated into the story with Pam seeing what the audience wants to see after Kim does 1 or 2 bits of content featuring breast expansion and pregnancy. An interesting plot point could be requests for birthing with Ivy being reluctant. Pam would have to figure out how to do it without Ivy actually giving birth, perhaps with camera tricks and a "silicone birthing egg" prop. :3
