This has been a fun and random experiment! Turns out, I love all the ideas you guys submitted! Top 7 choices will be added to my Story Ideas list, which gives it the possibility of becoming a full-length story. 48-hour poll. Happy belated New Year!

1. So a guy lives across the hall from a young woman surrogating for one of her extended family members and winds up with quints. In an effort to help her out, he starts cooking for her. He noticed that his cooking is having an effect on her, making her really blow up. As her belly and all that swell up, so do the meals, leading to a cycle of her being stuffed, getting larger and getting more stuffed. All adults and all that jazz. Idea by Joshua S

2. A student finds out their hard-ass dean had been taking bribes to admit certain students into college and blackmails her into changing her body. She starts losing her domineering personality as she struggles more and more to keep a normal appearance while she changes and grows.  Stuffing, weight gain, multi breast, lactation, and pig tf(ears, tail, snout, etc.) Idea by  Ryan Caday

3. 20year old student had the wildest night of their lives. Unbeknownst to them, they have been impregnated by an alien species. Waking up the next morning with a slight pudge to their belly. The alien grows and feeds off of arousal so anytime they get aroused the alien grows. The alien has a 12month gestation period and so (main character) must try their best to abstain from any sexual activities or anything that arouses them in particular. Amount of arousal will affect size of the alien but will still take 12months until birth.  Stuffing, belly expansion, breast expansion, lactation, (any tags you see fit)  How much (main character grows) will be up to you   *Bigger is better :) Idea by Jacob

5. Lynn is a single mother of 36 years, she has a daughter of 18, named Hina. Hina loves to stuff her belly to the brim with food,  but Lynn thinks it's a bad habit, so using a special spell, she makes that 3/4 parts of the food that Hina eats teleports to her own belly, but Lynn soon founds that this wasn't a good idea because Hina doesn't stop eating until she feels really stuffed.  Stuffing, belly expansion, weight gain, force feeding. 6. Female student at a college is offered a job to become impregnated as an example for a class studying gestation throughout the year. She only finds out later that her contract stipulates that she has essentially the same rights as a slave as long as she is still pregnant and the female teacher of the class treats her as such.   Bonus that could be included or not: it's not a normal pregnancy, but instead one where she continually produces babies, so she is essentially permanently pregnant and can never end her contract. 9. Jenna is the CEO of a failing surrogacy company. After a recent acquisition the owner of a rival company has enforced a policy of every employee becoming pregnant. Jenna, unable to find a better position at another company, is “entrusted” in carrying eight of the companies highest profile (and profitable) babies to set a good example for the future of the company and to try and settle the growing discontent within the company. 10. Regret - A young man in college with a male pregnancy fetish pumps himself full of pregnancy and fertility medicines. He then purposefully gets pregnant with multiples by his boyfriend. As his belly grows, so does his discomfort, regret, and horror in realization that pregnancy is not all that he thought it would be. Conversely, his boyfriend's interest and fascination in male pregnancy grow, and he begins to first secretly, then blatantly attempt to do whatever he can do to make the lad's pregnant belly as big as possible. 11. Story Name: Debtor’s Due   Plot: The MC is a bit of a gambling addict, often getting in over their head but managing to just barely break even. This string of barely getting by comes to a close at some point, when they go too far at a casino and are dragged off into the bowels of the casino. Here they are sat down in a dark room and approached by the owner of the casino and given a choice. Sell their organs, sell their body, or labor at the casino. Labor is chosen given it sounds least awful…before it’s explained that they will be working in a special VIP lounge, where all the employees serve as special entertainment for the clientele. With all the employees operating as surrogates, doing the usual work in the casino, entering special games (Stuffing contests, obstacle courses, etc.) to help shave off their debt if they win, and growing larger if they lose. A young male college student starts to experience a tightness in his jeans as his ass grows bigger and hopes grow wider. he struggles to hide it, embarrassed of how it looks, and later embarrassed about how hard it is to get around and do the stuff he used to do now that he can barely fit through the doorways. 13. A couple are interested in mutual pregnancy where they are both pregnant at the same time. To guarantee that their pregnancies happen at the same time, they visit a fertility witch. The witch agrees to help, but she makes a tiny mistake. The spell that makes the couple both pregnant works a little too well. As the months go by their pregnancies grow exponentially to the point where they are pregnant with hundreds of babies.  Mpreg, Fpreg, WG, Hyper Pregnancy, Breast Expansion, Ass Expansion, Lactation, Stuckage, Immobility, and etc. (No bursting though.) 14. Female witch helps fund her college education with her magic by temporarily carrying client's babies for short periods of time. A coworker of hers asks her to carry hers for a month while she goes and parties one last time. Witch prepares spell with one baby in mind, but discovers coworker unknowingly was having multiples. Spell goes haywire, pregnancy speeds up, witch likely gives birth before coworker returns. Idea by Onyx

15. A politician's scandal about a pregnant mistress breaks shortly after passing some misogynistic legislation.  He soon finds a new mistress however their first date ends unexpectedly with her pegging him with a very special strapon.  After a period where he can't figure out why he is constantly either stuffing his face or nauseous it occurs to him that his swelling chest, new potbelly, and widening hips may be more than just some stress-eating.  Due to his legislation he is stuck carrying but once he starts to campaign for re-election something interesting happens.  Despite his growing disgust with his radically changing body the bigger he grows and the rounder he gets the better he polls.  It is not long before his campaign managers are stuffing him with fast food and hormones daily and making his outfits tighter and "Sexier" to make sure he keeps growing and wins.  Feminization, Mpreg, Weight gain. 16. In a future where livestock is scarce, humans are altered (some voluntarily and get to choose their animal, some by force), to take on the traits (and functions) of various livestock, with the ultimate goal being for them to birth more of the nearly-extinct animals themselves. Any of this could apply to females or males, would entail weight gain, multiple breasts, udders, egg laying (depending on the animal features one gets), and eventual animal pregnancy. Cows, pigs, and chickens immediately came to mind, but could be interesting to see horses and goats and such in the mix. Idea by EB Agent J
