Adya Buduga - [ Personal OC sketch ] (Patreon)

I got a lot done in 2020, but not much of that was any kind of personal work. So in the last days of the year I gave myself a treat and created the buff female au'ra of my (our) dreams.

This was meant to be just a throwaway sketch, but then I posted it to the discord and twitter and people went nuts about it, so then I felt I should give her a name and a headcanon and then go onto draw nothing but her and fill our days with stronk lizard ladies and...

SO, according to this Post-it Note of Lore: her name is Adya Buduga. She was kidnapped as an infant, along with her twin brother Yul, by the all-male Buduga clan, which only realised an embarrasingly-long time later that this cinder-block of a child was, in fact, not a boy. Too awkward to admit their mistake by sending her back, the clan decided to keep her in their ranks until she was old enough to get herself accidentally killed in a raid. And then the child grew, and then grew some more, and then kept growing and within a few years she was happily trouncing headlong into raids, skirmishes, territorial disputes and outright war to the developing mythos among the clan's enemies of the six-horned creature that razed the battlefield like a wind of death.

The clan then unanimously decided that keeping her had been a great and completely intentional idea by their collective intelligence and that no mistakes had ever been or ever would be made because Buduga clan is best clan.
