The penultimate episode is HERE (at least for now), and it brings us both battles & reunions of epic proportions!  Not sure how they're gonna wrap this all up come next week, but for the moment - it's a hell of a ride!

I'm a bit concerned about how they'll wrap everything up as well. I'm sure the finale will be enjoyable, as I've loved just about everything we've seen thus far, but if its just a giant set of cliffhangers that we'll have to wait til next season for, I'll be frustrated personally.

Even the music had that LotR vibe to it. Kiner has been killing it every episode.

Yeah, the cadence of almost every series is for the penultimate episode to be a cliffhanger, and when instead it ends with a celebratory moment like this one did, it usually really telegraphs that the season’s going to end on a cliffhanger….

Finally got to watch! I was like this has got to be the best edited and directed episode so far; clean. Didn’t linger. Knew when to do it’s job. And then Greta’s name! She’s goated for the Viserys walk down the isle. And Daemon picking up the crown…. Bravo. This might be the most seamless of the episodes. With writing being witty and acting feeling more comfortable. Lot of Star Wars and Clone Wars here. And tear for Ani!
