Got an interesting episode to chew on this week!  Kinda feels like enough 3 episodes smushed into one haha.  But we get a bit of Crowley family drama, a bit of Winchester drama, another prince(ss) of Hell on the board... plus some fun ghost vibes!!  What'd you guys think of this one??

Am I the only one who gets the inside joke? Crowley's son is Gavin Macleod and he died on a boat with his love. The actor who played Captain Stubing on the Love Boat was Gavin Macleod.

appreciate the insightful commentary! l felt the same about the Mary story line and how Daegon was written l adore Supernatural however there was something off in the writing for this season IMO. It does get back on track especially season 14, so hang in there

Greg, you always seem to have the expression of a man at a job he hates. It’s painful to watch. I joined because I really loved y’alls vibe in your YouTube reactions, that vibe just doesn’t seem present here.

Josh Baker

While I do totally get what you mean, the vibe is really more a product of the quality of what's being watched, if you want the honest opinion of someone who's been watching for a longggg time. When there's something genuinely fresh and exciting on the screen, with phenomenal acting, writing and/or directing, you'll get a different reaction than when it's "just another episode" of a 12th season of a CW show. As much as I love SPN, I find myself feeling the same way fairly often during these seasons. Also, while it doesn't diminish the validity of your comment, it is worth considering that these likely often get recorded after a long day, and they're likely just tired. Can't have open-mouth "Woah!" reactions and tears every reaction... just my 2 cents

Hey Josh, you have very valid points. My intent was not just hate on Greg. I have wondered if it because of not feeling well/being sore from working out/moving fatigue, and so on. Perhaps being a YouTube content creator isn’t the carrier he thought he’d have. I know they work scary amounts of time to put out the volume of reactions they put out. I hadn’t watched any SPN prior to 2023, and I had to take weeks off from finishing all 15 seasons. Sam and the angst, got heavy. Now, that being said, I wish I could get him (Greg) a mental health day. I know comments seem to get rough, when his reaction wasn’t favorable, and Greg seems to just suffering through. My heart hurts for that look in eyes, bcz I know the same look I have around 40 hours a week. . John always seems to try and engage after the episode. All I can say, just 3 more seasons and hopefully, he can move on to something new. May Greg + John, continue and & achieve more success. I hope all is safe & good with you and yours. Thank you for the feed back.

What in the world are you talking about? Diagnosing someone's mental status from watching their reaction to a television show? After 12 seasons of watching that crap anyone would be fatigued. Leave him alone.

Diving very personally into someone’s life more than what is presented to us, the viewers, through reactions. I’m a long time Supernatural watcher and not every episode is a winner, this one especially. You can’t audibly gasp at a situation when it’s been rehashed ten times prior. Let’s keep it to a “we’re patreons who enjoy Greg and Johns content and not try to ascertain how someone’s mental health is holding up from watching a 43 minute episode of TV a couple of times a week”, because it’s really not that deep.
