Before getting into this ep, I'm curious, why didn't you watch Disney Channel? cause I know you mentioned you didn't saw Wizards of Waverly Place, you just recently saw Lilo & Stitch, and now not even High School Musical?? As a musical fan nontheless? Were you too old by then, or were you more of a Nickelodeon kid?😂 That era of DC was a big culture that defined a generation of kids & teens around the world, even in my neck of the woods, it's just a little sad to think you didn't get to take part in some of that. On to this ep, it really had a perfect title "a touch of sweevil", because we got some sad moments (more on the irl side with the show almost ending and not having Maggie around), and some fun creative moments, I get why this was a little polarizing ep, much like I was with the reboot "cloudy with a change of murder" ep, this felt a little "murder of the week" ep, especially at the tale end of the final season, but it did had some advancement with Betsy as the new head dt. and the motw was pretty entertaining so I give it a pass. Next ep, though, is my 50/50 for the exact reason, and haven't seen it in like 3y so I'll see if I have a change of heart especially after watching your pov. And for the amount of time we got Betsy... I like her, acting wise stellar as you always get from most guest casts, but not really enough time to make a definitive opinion unfortunately. 🍍👍. Keep your senses sharp, next one's a stincker! Trivia: Bernie "the ghost" was named after the late Bernie Mac who was good friends with Tom Arnold irl.

Good afternoon in LA and good evening here in the Southeast [Atlanta Ga] John! Yeah I don't get home from work until around 5 or 6pm usually give or take. So by the time I actually receive and am able to watch you and comment it's usually hours later because I need to make and eat dinner, clean and what not. So it's on the late side for me. 😮‍💨 But right on with the Marx bros. Anything old I love and/or appreciate it. You should do a David Lynch cover band- though he's not a band he's a director. I mean...it's like he's literally in the room all of a sudden and smoking American Spirits. Your impression of him makes me laugh dude! That's so weird this episode of Psych is called 'Sweevil' too. I literally say that word all the time when I describe someone who is kind of evil but has a gooey center if you just know how to chisel away at it. 😓 That was bizarre your encounter with a lively Spirit in your Bezos box. It could be a message from God you know. You should look into it. If God allows something like that you can NOT ignore it. It's probably super important. Or perhaps there's a Spirit in that cubicle you're in that is trying to make contact. 🗨👽 You never know dude. That's intense energy. Are there Reese's pieces outside your box there? Cat food? Perhaps a..... uh.... gum wrapper? If so... I know what this is...... I can tell you... but I will need collateral. Do you possess an empty metal box with a.... ok I'm stopping. Oddly enough a lot of ppl say my last name as “Greer” so I was actually very pleasantly surprised that you have always said it right lol. But I do use Richard Gere as a way to tell others how it’s pronounced…after which they ask if I’m related haha The part where they are in the police station singing to summon the spirits cracks me up every time. 😂 Especially bc I can almost guarantee that was off the cuff, and they all just played off it so well lol. Anytime Lassie is even slightly on board with Shawn and Gus’s antics I love it, so him being the mastermind of their super extra silliness this episode is a treat. I honestly like Betsy! At the beginning I was iffy bc she’s not Jules… but she was such a quirky, delightful addition.

I meant it when I said every comment till the end....Awwwwwwwww yeeeeaaaaaahhhhhh 😎 Yea this ep is quite wild and odd. Crankin up the quirk 😆 Always a fun time with the guest stars. It's funny because part of me likes seeing Lassie all buddy buddy with Shawn and Gus and their shenanigans that he would otherwise be annoyed by. Especially during the magic head bit when he joins in and basically hugs Shawn 🤗 But then the other side of me was like you saying no! no! because I love Betsy and she didn't deserve that haha. Love how it ultimately comes back around that her and Lassie are more alike than he thought. Leaves you with a nice hopeful feeling that Lassie will be alright. But yea, Mira Sorvino absolutely nailed the role as Betsy. 🥰 As for the reveal, I was underwhelmed. I think I was just like ok, I think it's either Garth or Hazel but I'm more suspicious of Garth and yea. I don't know haha. This is one of those eps where I didn't even remember the actual case, just all the quirkiness haha. Speaking of, as always I love the random remarks of Shawn. In this one I love his little rant about the turtle chillin and being a playa, "Then they stick their little necks out and their like, what's up?! I'm ready to get down!" 🤣 Also suck it soup and holy balls, balls, balls! 😂 And it's always so fun to see how excited you get when they say c'mon son 😄 Oh and always nice to get a sighting of my man Woody! 🍍 ooooh buddy that was a quick draw on that pinap! Nice! 🍍 As for that ghostly sense energetic thing, I like to think it was a departed fellow psycho just trying to get a front row seat 🤭 Or even an animal as you said, maybe it was just a friendly ghost bunny hopping around you because you're just such a welcoming presence all the ghost animals wanna come and hang at John's place lol 🐇 Anyways, I totally get the trouble with accepting compliments. I'm the same way honestly. But I just felt like you may need to be reminded of your awesomeness, so yea 😊 Thanks for the awesomeness back bud. Much love 🖤

Finally back after awhile sucks i missed quite a bit of episodes but im happy i didnt miss them all. this episode is odd to say the least but honestly i still really enjoy it. im happy they decided to keep the new head detective and not go through with making her leave the force. next episode is one of my personal favorites because of the theme and the special guest.
