You guys’ commentary is always great, but it was just extra hilarious in this one to me lol

The Judas Contract is a great comics storyline & I'm surprised that Coy did not know about it.

Given that two of the upcoming DCAMU movies, ‘The Death of Superman’ and ‘Reign of the Supermen’ are an adaptation of the ‘Death and Return of Superman’ storyline from the comics, I think it could be interesting if you guys also reacted to the first original DC Animated movie ‘Superman: Doomsday’ from 2007 which also attempted to adapt that same storyline. Also I’d like to suggest the movies: -Superman/Batman: Public Enemies -Superman/Batman: Apocalypse -Superman: Unbound As these can be considered a sort of unofficial Animated Trilogy. It makes a bit more sense if you know the storylines these movies try to adapt.

I think my nostalgia for the Teen Titans animated series skews this to the upper tiers in terms of these animated movies. From the sounds of things yall haven't seen it? I think you guys should check it out if you haven't, reaction or not I think it's worth watching!

I enjoyed this variation on the comic version of Judas Contract. There they had over a year's worth of comics and two annuals to build the story to conclusion, but once you read the comic version, you'll see they stayed as faithful to the source material as they could

Next up in this continuity is Suicide Squad: Hell To Pay. One of my favorites :-). Death of Superman and Reign of the Supermen follow. With those three, you're rolling hard toward the end of this New 52 based continuity. Batman: Hush and Wonder Woman: Bloodlines follow, and then Justice League Dark: Apokolips War is this continuity's Endgame. For me, there wasn't a clunker in the bunch once they hit Judas Contract and rolled to the end- can't wait to see your reactions to these
