Haha I was trying to figure out where I know the Pablo Nunez actor from and I realized he's from the Mexico episode of Monk and he was also in one of my favorite old movies, "Three Amigos" hahaha

I love the fact that it episode has Jeffery Tambor, such a great comedic actor with one of the best voices almost monotone in a way. Fun fact I always think of when watching this episode back is that as a comedy lover this episode has 2 amazing dads in comedic shows and one amazing padre in it, obviously Corbin Bernsen is one of the best dads in any show. And another semi obvious one, Jeffery Tambor, arrested development, George Blooth, father of micheal, Gob, buster and grandfather to George Micheal. But the lesser known father an amazing padre is Tony Plana who played the dad in Ugly Betty and was one of the best in that show. Fun fact Mexican Lassie was in an episode of Arrested Development in the later series as an unnamed police officer.
