That was not what I expected coming into this episode, such a strong episode all round. There isn't a character or story point I don't feel invested in. So much to unpack in this episode. I'm wondering how intentional it was having soldier boy mention wanting sons &amp; homelander parents, was some of soldier boys dna used in creating homelander? Is SB going after Stan Edger now after the reveal about Noir and how it must have been sanctioned by Voight. Every time I think which actor was great in a scene another scene comes to mind with a great performance. A lot to process with this ep. Really need to see ep 7 ASAP.

On Michael Rosenbaum’s podcast, Jensen talked about he plays Soldier Boy like an 80-year-old man, because that’s what he is. Lol Just like an old pissed off Grandpa who says racist and sexist things. And he’s doing the role so much justice. (I do recommend that podcast btw, it’s on YouTube). This episode was nuts! I also really loved the naked argument between Annie and Hughie. The next two episodes are gonna give me high blood pressure probably.
