I think the Jarvis being the one to break up with Howard's girlfriends was a reference to Pepper Potts in the first Iron Man. Pepper mentions to Tony's latest hookup Christine Everheart (Leslie Bibb) that as Tony's assistant, she has several tasks. One of Pepper's tasks is being required to occasionally "take out the trash" aka get rid of Tony's girlfriends.

If you look at Angie's acting scene again closely, you can see Agent Sousa and Angie smiling and almost breaking character. Dr. Ivchenko is actually a villain from the comics. There are minor spoilers for the last two episodes if I tell you more about his character, so I'll wait. I really like the use of the ring as a fixation point for his hypnosis.

Such a fun episode! I have a weird appreciation for Dottie. I don't want her to win but I am really entertained when she is on screen. So long creepy dentist.
