Update For Vimeo Links (Temporary) (Patreon)

Hey gang,

So, it's come to our attention that on some users phones, the vimeo links when you click the embedded one it doesn't open - it says "Sorry This Link Does Not Exist"

What we'll be doing to compensate for this while the engineers do their thing, we are going to link them in the description box of each post as well. For some reason clicking the url link in the description box works. 

Sorry for the inconenience! Just have to do a tiny bit extra scrolling.
