As you may have gathered, ‘The Boulder’ was a parody of WWE Wrestler ‘The Rock’ (a.k.a Dwayne Johnson). The production team actually wanted him to voice the character but were unable to do so. The character is instead voiced by Mick Foley, another WWE Wrestler and friend of Dwayne Johnson.
