I love this episode for multiple reasons! One of which, like I've said in previous comments, Psych is more of a character driven show and seeing this characters flourish a little bit is what I like in my shows! From Shawn & Henry's interactions (and all the other interactions for that matter), finding out about Henry being a "metrosexual" which I mean...it was 2006, ok.😂 But it was fun, more of Gus' weird habits being unveiled, and throughout the episode tiny seeds were planted for something beautiful. The director of the episode Tim Matheson, who you notice, is another "that guy", the actor who always seemed to been old, he played and directed a plethora of things, seriously! you have to scroll five or six times to get through his 6 decades long filmography going on 7th! I mostly know him from the underrated CW dramedy Hart of Dixie.❤️ Fun tidbit: The weird guy at the speeding date, that talked about having to drink his own urine is one of the shows producer and writer of the episode Andy Berman. Atleast this producer had a humble cameo, unlike other "egomaniact" producers who name a character on their show after them, em I right?😝

Fun Fact: If you remember Lassiter played a leprechaun in the Disney movie The Luck of the Irish. I think that was the first time I saw him in anything that’s why I always find it funny he didn’t like the guy in the leprechaun costume

For some reason, my post from last week disappeared. I am so glad you are doing watch-alongs with this show. It is so much fun to see how people react to it the first time they are seeing it. This is probably my favorite episode of season one. I love the interplay between the characters, and it is nice to see how Sean and Juliet play off one another in the beginning.
