I watched ATLA as a kid when it aired on Nickelodeon (always out of order and I never finished it) and I loved it, but rewatching it in full as an adult I picked up more on the life lessons being taught. While it is appropriate for kids, it’s also got some pretty deep and serious —and sometimes horrifyingly dark—moments that can really resonate with adults. You’d be surprised! It also has one of the BEST written redemption arcs that I’ve ever seen, in my opinion. There are 62 episodes so it would take you a little over a year. If you don’t react to it, that’s totally fine! I’d just want to know your thoughts if you do watch it! Also I understand what you’re saying about attracting new patrons. Maybe putting polls on here and on your youtube page as well and announcing the winner might help attract new peeps!

Really cool to learn about the camera being a gift, by all means it’s kinda an extension of both you guys so hearing about it is really cool. And John that sounds agonising oh my god. And Greg thanks for feeling comfortable enough to share that 💜 glad you are both at least in better places now even if not fully passed those challenges yet, and glad you both decided to persevere through those times as we all love you both and are happy that you are still here💜 Best gift, I think would have to be a framed photo of my Uncle Jimmy and my grandad on a holiday to Africa they went on in the 90’s, I was really close with my uncle growing up and he passed away from Lung cancer in 2011 (almost a decade later and I’m still not fully over it, it’s one of the reasons I can’t watch the beginning of Guardians of the galaxy, because the scene with his mom just hits too close to home) but yeah I didn’t have any photos of him and I had said to my grandad, like could I have a copy of this photo, just I really like it and you both look really happy in it, and low and behold it gets to Christmas and the photo is framed and is one of my presents, and it feels like he’s still part of Christmas’s and birthdays etc (which I know sounds stupid but like his prescience is still there so to speak) also speaking of my grandad he’s just had knee surgery today, all went well and he’s in hospital at the moment for recovery etc 👌

As for challenges, I mean where do you want me to start lol, had depression and been suicidal since I was about 9/10 so that’s a decade of that I’ve had to experience and I’ve tried to you know do the deed so to speak about 8 times in that span, most recent being just over a year ago and I’m not gonna lie and say I don’t feel like that at the moment Cos I feel like that pretty much all the time but some weeks are better than others and this week is one of those better weeks (mainly because of the video calls with everyone on discord as it’s a lot less lonely and also makes me laugh a lot) for that I’d say what gets me through mainly is two things 1. The fear of not knowing what is on the other side were I to succeed and 2. The effect it would have on the people that do actually care about me and it’s been one or the other that has stopped me those 8 aforementioned times. There’s the whole sexuality and gender thing, like coming to terms with being Pan and being trans was a very difficult thing to do and it wasn’t helped by people at school etc as you can imagine but thankfully I’m out to everybody other than family as being trans and everyone including sons family members as being Pan so that helps a lot and so does you guys and the people on the discord that use my preffered name and pronouns as it makes such a difference. And then there’s other ones which I’m still working on so can’t really give a solution for them eg Money issues, sexual assault as a teenager, body/weight issues etc which I’ll not go into as this comment is already far too long 💜

Yes John, do vinland saga , hahaha. I am gonna shill for it anytime i can lol. As for Greg supernatural shit, im surprised John said nothing about demon slayer . It fits the criteria . I would recommend Fate zero , but idk if it fits what you want . If you could desribe something more in detail , i might think of few shows that could be for you and still popular so patreon people might be into , like myself

Agreed about the polls and announcements etc 👌 and yes Avatar is great, I also love Legend of Korra and I ain’t gonna lie Korrasami is in my top 5 ships lol

I just went back and watched the question from Chase I haven’t watched enough to give you a rec, Greg, but what Edgaras said above is true about Demon Slayer! And Vinland Saga is on my list as well as I hear nothing but praise for it. Right now I’m on sports animes. I finished Yuri on Ice and I’m about to start Haikyuu.

There is a newer anime that I'm really into called fire force! It's got supernatural elements in the show. They just started season 2. It's exciting, funny at moments, the show has awsome and amazing fight scenes and the main story is really good. I highly recommend fire force for another supernatural type of anime to react in the future it's really good.

Avatar the last Airbender is my favorite animation show. I have both the last Airbender and legend of Korra on blue ray. I can't wait for Netflix to finish their version of a live action avatar the last Airbender show. My favorite anime is Naruto but I'm really enjoying fire force right now.
