Umm..dialogue is a bit corny (is this like most anime?) But enjoying it so far. Like the vampire twist lol Btw thinking about watching Castlevania. Has anyone seen it?? Worth it?? Let me know in the comments lol

The Crazy dialogue and wacky style is one of the best parts of JoJo's especially later on. There are a ton of music references throughout the series.

Yup I didn’t know why I liked Jojo either but I absolutely love the series now. Not sure if it gets crazier or maintains the same, extreme level of crazy but it lives up to the Bizarre name and is ‘extra’ till the end. I don’t think it’s meant to be serious so I found it entertaining and fun. Btw many consider this the weakest of the Parts.

Jojo is one of the most visually striking anime I've ever seen. The original manga artist had a great love for technicolor, Italian high fashion, and male bodybuilding and you can see more and more of that as the show progresses

Haha honestly, from what I can gather this show is doing its own *ahem* bizarre thing 😅so... I guess I wouldn't say this should be your baseline for all anime, but... I'm sure there's some stylistic bleed-over. Weirdly enough, though, something feels oddly right about you starting with this one lol. Also I think Greg & Olivia have been watching Castlevania as a matter of fact (recommended by our buds Dan & Alyssa). Heard good things from them so far!

Oh good haha, glad to hear it'll maintain its WTF-ness 😂still trying to find my orientation within the show, buuuut I can't deny the bizarreness is compelling. Gonna keep my ears trained for more musical name-drops now... 🤓
