I think Anthony Carrigan might have been filming Barry around this time but not too sure. with the Pig, im pretty sure he actually did wound himself because at the end when he's taking the bandage off his head it looks like its a real proper cut on his forehead. Also he's quite surgically knowledgeable so he would know how to do it convincingly without damaging and hurting himself, but that's just what i thought. Also love the Jim and Harvey stuff this season and this episode in particular
