This seasons animation is great. I was worried since this year new anime really lifted the bar in animation but I’m still enjoying MHA fully though I can’t watch this arc with the little ones, they had too many questions after Mags death. Btw Overhaul and Shigarakis japanese VA sound more chill so I never got that bratty vibe like I do with the dub (not knocking the dub cause MHA dub is just Mwah!) I’m just saying in dub Shigaraki wasn’t on par with Deku as far as successors go but this episode ole Handsy is badass.

I hear in the spinoff manga they more into the illegal drugs in mha's world. This new drug that Overhaul is really dangerous, imagine a hero loosing their quirk in the middle of a fight. They would be just a regular unarmed person and it doesn't look like most heroes carry any backup firearms.

Also I wanted to mention in this world heroes are part of law enforcement, they work for the government. Would Deku would of legally been able to take Eri away without any concrete proof? Can heros go around snatching kids up if they think they've been abused?

LOL "ole Handsy." Quite tickled by that haha. Can definitely see this stretch of the show being a bit much for young ones, though. Feels like as the kids on the show grow, the more mature and intense things start to become. Kinda reminds me of Harry Potter that way. And now you got me curious to go back n check out the Japanese track! Really enjoying the way they've been handling the animation this season. The whole Red Riot sequence was INSANE!! Are the styles getting crazier as a whole across the medium?

Woof! I hadn't even thought of the backup weapons idea 😰Seems like a debate that would be prime to pop up at some point if this drug plotline keeps developing. Didn't know there was a spinoff manga going! Is it related at all? or just in the same world?

Thaaat is a great question as well haha 😅can't help but feel like Midoriya may have run into a WHOLE LOT of red tape with that.. especially since he's only just been given carte blanche to actually use his quirk out in the world.
