Season 4 Premiere of Gotham picking up 3 months after the devastating events of S3 Finale!

- Penguin now issues LICENSES allowing criminals to conduct criminal activity within Gotham

- Bruce Wayne has become full on vigilante but not quite Batman just yet...

- Jim Gordon obviously disagrees with this License and sets to take down Penguin

- Selina & Tabbatha are like sisters now as they figure out how they fit into the criminal underbelly with this "licensing" law

Yeah I can see your problem with the licenses but I think you hit the nail on the head, since 3 months ago the city was in chaos there was nobody to really turn to, but now that Penguin has brought crime down by a good amount people are looking to him as their savior, but it looks like not everybody knows about the licenses existence, and of course a lot of people aren't going to agree which will cause people to turn against Penguin just like this gang, the higher ups are obviously still corrupted that is just how Gotham will and always be, you also gotta admit that its doing some good for the city, Penguin doesn't allow murder at least from people with the licenses, but obviously it isn't an excuse for what he is doing and he should be stopped for the good of everyone, but it looks like that isn't going to happen anytime soon so they just have to deal with it until they can figure out how to bring him down, also is it really that hard to believe that a guy who actually has some combat training can take out common thugs who have no training, its not like he is fighting all the super villains at this age without his complete training, I also like how much the actor for Bruce has grown since season one with his acting and he totally looks like Bruce Wayne with that dark black hair and his face fits it perfectly, also you have seen Penguin not really care for Ivy back in the green house and when he was talking to Ed in the ice, he totally pushed her away by telling her to leave, so it looks like his meanness to her is backfiring on him with her turning off the lights allowing Jim to come in and save the day, also a fun fact the leader of the gang is actually Steve Buscemi's brother Michael Buscemi, anyways this is definitely my favorite season of the show and I can't wait for you to see all this awesomeness that it holds, as always Greg your reactions to this show make my day so much better so keep up the good work :)

Ive just finished season 2 of Barry and i cant see Zaz as anyone but No Ho Hank. He steals that show just like how he steals every scene in this episode! Side note: If you were ever going to do Barry Reactions then sign me up haha
