After seeing each version, especially Ledger and Phoenix, I think they are "different" but not necessarily "better" than one another. The only similarity for "scheming", was where Phoenix stabs and brutally murders the man in his apartment. I see him plotting that from the beginning to end, and felt that chilling disconnect when he acted completely unaffected immediately after. Ledger also does this horrifying on-and-off switch, during the video of the man crying upside down, and shouts "Look at me!" and returning back to calm. Maybe the multiple choice origin story is meant to be mysterious, as well as the approach to his portrayal? Personally, I can’t choose lol. Definitely see Nicholson as a natural Joker, he was born as a coin toss of charming and psychotic. ---Love the thumbnail shot too! lolololol

gotta admit i'm a Jerome fanboy lol. he was very entertaining and charismatic to watch in that show. I likened him to a live action version of Mark Hamill's. just very fun to watch
