Yeah SHIELD Friday is here whoop whoop 👏👏

Christopher simeon

Raina lol. I love Ruth negga’s portrayal here and she is just fun to watch. To answer your earlier question. since this is pre-winter soldier shield is still a public government agency. They have secrets within Shield but the agency is known to the general public after the avengers movie. So they are a little above police officers as of right now. I see you have caught on to the character focus part of these monster of the week. Yes this is Skye’s episode. We get her motivations and a bit more into who she is. I really loved the twist on saving the kidnap victim trope. In the end he had to be taken down. Next episode is actually one of my favorite episodes of season one and is what got me completely invested into the series. It is not the best episode but it really shakes things up for the team. Ps. Careful with looking up actor names in the future. Especially later in the season. I would avoid it all together.

2021-07-15 05:06:21 Ahhhh haha okay, this makes some sense. Appreciate you helping to orient me on the timeline 😅definitely a little bit foggy on where this all falls. Good to know! And yes haha, I've been clued into the nature of these eps. Enjoying them so far & a pretty nifty way of revealing everybody. Thought the actress who plays Skye did a real nice job in this one, given the additional focus. And yeah, that was pretty clever! The organization is shadowy and all that, but either way, at his core, he wants the power. I feel like this show is good at that in general (at least so far) - taking a familiar situation or trope and giving it a twist. Definitely looking forward to what's to come as the show keeps expanding and finding its feet. I'll keep a sharp eye on the next ep. and no eye on the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. IMDb page 😅appreciate the heads up, dude!
