TITLE DROP!! shingeki no kyojin

On your question about the ending, Greg The Coordinate (the ability to control all titans, even wipe memories of Eldians), is a power that belongs to the Founding Titan, which is now inside of Eren. Eren has the Attack and Founding Titans inside of him. (Grisha ate Frieda Reiss after she inherited the Founding Titan) Since the Founding Titan is connected to all 9 of the titans via the Coordinate power, Eren's memories were transcending space and time, reaching Kruger in the past. Hope that clears things up! 🥰🥰

Our Ymir is not the founding titan, she gained the power of one of the nine titans by eating one of the holders that Reiner and Bertholdt was traveling with. It's a very quick sequence but in the letter Ymir tells Historia that she will die soon. In that quick memory flashback they show her being shackled in a cave ready to be eaten. Its pretty much a off screen death. Note: You can think of the "path"/coordinate as the "spider-verse" where all Eldians are connected to the founding titan especially the nine titans. In the episode they explain through the "paths" that thoughts and memories can flow through time to each of the nine titan holders in every era. Fun Fact: In episode 1 season 1 we meet Eren after he wakes up from a nightmare but in fact he was having visions of future events proving the "paths exist.

The Promised Neverland! :D

The coordinate is where all the paths cross, and that is the founding titan, so essentially its another name for the founding titan. Also the first episode is called 'to you 2000 years in the future' which at first made me think that this was all being told as a story in the future or our current time. But now it seems like it has more meaning with Kruger saying the line Grisha said to Eren when injecting him "if you want to save Mikasa and Armin" and then asking who's memories they are. He had memories from event that havent even happened yet and the fact Yimir Frits first got the power of the titans around 2000 years ago make it seem like 'to you 2000 in the future' has a much bigger meaning.

I'd suggest you go back and watch S2 Ep. 10 for our Ymir's back story. That sequence will make a lot more sense now 😊 Also the soundtracks for season 3 are finally released! You may want to give Zero Eclipse (Historia theme in Ep. 7) a listen 😁

Oh damn haha, that's pretty awesome! It's gonna be pretty cool to pick all this back up if & when I get to rewatch the series. Appreciate you keeping up to speed with all this! Like I said above, gonna be bookmarking this thread for future reference haha.

2021-07-15 05:09:44 Ahh okay. That seems simple enough (regarding the coordinate haha), I'll do my best to keep that in mind moving forward. Definitely sounds like it! If I'm understanding all this correctly, it seems like the dream in the first episode was actually a memory of the future.. I'm excited to go back one of these days and really get all the little details and everything in order & trace all the threads haha.
