They did sorta censor Camie for the anime by making her skin more gray. Though for the Bluray release of the anime they changed it back to normal.

Funnily, this episode recently aired on toonami and it was uncensored. When it comes to tv airing, Japan and the West make their own censorship as both countries have their own tv guidelines. Like I said though, Blurays are usually unaffected.
