David Green directed this video, and also the Saved by the Bell spoof which was made as YouTube promotion for Final Destination 5. You should react to that, too! Miles and David were some of the first people I knew who were making shit specifically for YouTube. Both great guys! David went on to direct Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Out of the Shadows.

Oh damn! Sounds like they were ahead of the curve. Didn't realize the Saved by the Bell one was connected to anything, but I definitely wanna check that one out. Was shown the entire series a couple years ago, so I think I'd appreciate it now haha. Also crazy watching this now knowing this guy's directed a major blockbuster. I don't think I actually wound up seeing Out of the Shadows, but I remember Greg saying he enjoyed it haha. Perhaps I'll have to catch up!

I saw a little of TMNTOOTS and it was solid for a kids movie. Hard for me to see past the very first TMNT movie though - that will always be the barometer for me. Dave is a great guy, as is Miles. I sent you another video of Miles to look at that costars Phoebe Tonkin who was in my buddy's short film Cul De Sac (which is streaming on Prime - that short got him a shadowing gig on This is Us earlier this month). Look forward to hanging out this week!

Like the original 1990 film? Definitely saw that one a whole lot growing up - although it's been ages since I've seen it anytime recently. We'll have to have a look at the other, but at this point I'm pretty sure we're both down to check out whatever your mates have cooked up haha.
