When both of the accelerators malfunctioned it sort of bent reality and brought the Shepard into the other dimension. The Shepard of that world exploded and the one from the first world went farther into space. The blonde girl was literally teleported into the wall. She didn’t do it on purpose. Afterward she just wanted the Shepard because their world was in worse condition and wouldn’t be able to build it in enough time. It wasn’t something she planned out.
