For me, it's all about being cordial while factoring in the situation. I would be a lot more forthcoming if you approached me with a gracious attitude rather than a crappy one. It falls on both parties to be respectful. On a side note, I've seen Lisa featured in your videos before, but she seemed particularly lovely in this most recent batch.
