Thanks my dear! There's a variety of ways you could work out. For me, I started just going on 30 minute walks 4x a week. Then 40 minute walks eventually. Ideally you want to eventually graduate to weight lifting, if you can't afford a gym membership, that's totally fine cause - and I'm not being sexist here - for women usually at home workouts for the ladies is easier to do with weights cause you can do light weight workouts (5-10lbs) dumbbells workouts you look up online. I've heard 4x a week at least 30 minutes of exercise. Work your way up and dont jump into it to heavily.
