We are still early in this podcast version experiment so if you enjoy this and find it valuable or interesting please let us know so we can maybe put more of these out. We are getting positive thoughts from patrons! Do tell us how these podcast versions are fitting into your Muay Thai lives.

So this is just an audio version of the latest Muay Thai Library session with the legend Petchdam who hasn't been a gym in 17 years, so we are diving back in time to his Muay Thai and making an archive of his particular knowledge, one of the more celebrated Muay Khao fighters in his era. Mr. Cannibal Knees. We're hoping its a chance for patrons to enter the Library in a more diverse way. Even though the videos are so important, there is so much to also just get out of the commentary. And, if you like what you are listening to, take a closer look.

Watch the full video version of this session and read all the study notes as a patron here: #135 Petchdam Lukborai "Mr. Cannibal Knees" - Golden Age Muay Khao Padwork (70 min)

The Library is so massive (over 164 hours), sometimes its best to be able to engage with it without designating an hour or more to study video. So this is in that spirit.

I absolutely LOVE and appreciate the hell out of this format! I listen to them on the go and whilst I'm training - it feels like food for my brain and an opportunity for vicarious training experiences. Thanks for your effort and innovation as always 🙏🌻
