Lots of people ask me how I can fight so often, for so long, and my approach is pretty simple. I feel like I'm Saitama One Punch Man telling about my sit ups and push ups. But it's mostly a combination of continuous movement, developing pain tolerance, heat, hangs and squats. You train to be injured so injury isn't an obstacle. It's part of everything I do. I start out talking about today's recovery from a pretty good leg bashing I took last night, and then go into other things I regularly do. Usually these technique vlogs are about fight techniques I'm training, but I thought it would be good to switch it up, because these vlogs are real time sharing of what I'm working on. What I'm working on right now is getting this leg right because I'm fighting a few more days on National television.
