This is a new feature I'm bringing to my patrons, long form vlogs on particular techniques or principles I've been working on as a fighter. It's a way of just talking about -- and not just "demoing" -- techniques of Muay Thai. We are always working on something, and not getting it right, and feeling your way through a technique is a process of making it yours. You can use these technique vlogs to add something new to your own work. Not every technique is for everyone or every style, but this one I really liked. If you want to get the core of it watch the Kem Session in the Library, where he really worked on it with me. This is my work with what I learned, my variation. If you put them together you'll get a fuller picture of this technique. As I say in the vlog, this pivot was taught as a defensive reaction to an advancing opponent, but it can also be used as a forward fighter, and even in clinch, where I've started enjoying it in training.

If you liked this one, check out my 1st Technique Vlog for patrons, on the technique of Cutting Out Fear.

Thank you everyone for supporting what I'm doing as a fighter and a writer. I'm glad to keep experimenting with content, and bring everyone more interesting things to watch and explore with.
