Wow that was hard (again)! I saw similar style of dress on some art and have decided to convert it to 3D and. I hope you will love this Elven Set with two items: Elven sleeves and Dress. Slightly transparet white top and green parts with silk texture. It's perfectly fit to any sizes of breasts, but if you have some jiggly simulation just increase or decrease "distance scale" bar on Physics. 

It's fully customizable and has three parts for body: cloth, metal and top - so you can set your color as you want.
